Scrawl-canvas v8 - Canvas test 018

Test purpose

• Create a Shape entity to act as a path
• Create a Phrase entity
• Display the Phrase entity on a canvas
• Animate the Phrase entity along the path

TODO: the glyph justify functionality is not working - "justify: left" supplies the best letter kerning look; "justify: right" is painful to read. Needs fixing
