Class DeviceHuawei

DeviceHuawei implements the same DevicePlugin interface as @capacitor/device, routing calls through the Huawei JS Bridge.

All four methods (getId, getInfo, getBatteryInfo, getLanguageCode) use the standard request-response bridge — no push callbacks needed.
