This file provides the default fixed coefficient sets for scaling filters.The coefficients are pre-calculated polyphase filter banks that enable high-quality image scaling operations. Multiple tap configurations are supported (6-tap, 8-tap, 10-tap, 12-tap) with different coefficient array formats (6C, 8C, 10C, 12C) to accommodate various hardware configurations.
