* Feature: Added Appearance Presets to Chatbot Style — one click applies a complete color scheme. Ships with Aurora Blue (the default), Midnight (dark) and Terracotta (warm), and new presets can be registered with the `wpiko_chatbot_style_presets` filter.
* Feature: Added a live preview panel to Chatbot Style that reflects colors, name, sub-header, avatar, welcome message and input placeholder as they are edited, including the floating button and (with Pro) the live chat takeover message. The panel stays pinned in view while scrolling through the settings.
* Improve: Every color field now has an editable hex box and a per-field reset to default, and the advanced options are grouped into Chat Window, Messages, Input & Icons, and Live Chat Takeover.
* Fix: The chat input text, send icon and message scrollbar now follow the configured colors instead of being hard-coded, so dark color schemes render correctly on the front end.
* Fix: The soft shadows below the chatbot header and above the pre-made questions were drawn in light grey, which showed up as a pale haze over dark color schemes. They are now drawn as a darkening wash, unchanged on light schemes.
* Feature: Added a Proactive Greeting card that appears automatically next to the floating chat icon with a customizable heading and message, inviting visitors to start chatting.
* Feature: Proactive Greeting includes a quick message box — visitors can type directly from the greeting and the full chat opens with their message sent (works with the Pro Email Capture flow).
* Feature: Proactive Greeting display controls: trigger (immediately, after a delay, or on scroll), frequency (once per session, only once, or every visit), and per-device visibility.
* Fix: Fixed the admin mobile navigation menu briefly flashing at the top of the screen before dropping into its correct position when opened, caused by a conflicting `slideDown` animation name shared with the Conversations translation dropdown.
* Improve: Updated the floating chatbot expand control to use one consistent icon, with primary-color styling and a translucent primary background while expanded.
