## Implemented Optimizations

- Theme assets use the release version for cache invalidation.
- Scripts are enqueued in the footer where the existing architecture permits.
- Bootstrap now declares the existing Popper dependency correctly.
- WordPress native lazy loading remains enabled.
- Emoji detection scripts and styles are removed by the existing performance module.
- Scroll reveal uses IntersectionObserver and disables motion for reduced-motion users.
- No new third-party dependency was added.

## Measurements

No Lighthouse, browser timing, network waterfall, LCP, CLS, INP, CSS-size, JavaScript-size, or page-weight measurements could be collected because the workspace has no browser or performance harness. No performance score is claimed.

## Follow-up Before Release

Run equivalent fresh-install and upgrade scenarios with representative content, record desktop/mobile LCP and CLS, inspect long-task/INP field data separately, and verify WooCommerce inactive pages do not load unnecessary shop assets.
