== Installation ==

1. In your WordPress admin, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme
2. Upload the barberflow.zip file
3. Activate BarberFlow
4. Assign menus under Appearance → Menus
5. Customize logo under Appearance → Customize → Site Identity

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does the theme require plugins? =

No. The theme works on its own. Optional free BarberFlow Core enables services and staff custom post types. Booking and payments need suite plugins sold separately.

= Where do I set the logo? =

Appearance → Customize → Site Identity → Logo. Optional monogram control is also registered there.
