Free provides the core WordPress booking flow, services, staff, local scheduling, customer management, notifications, translations and responsive storefront. Pro adds production integrations and advanced business capabilities such as Square synchronization/POS workflow, payments, growth automation and expanded operations. The in-plugin plan screen is the authoritative feature list for the installed release; availability can depend on region/provider.

Both packages use the same booking safety, accessibility, migration and release-quality baseline. Free data remains in place when upgrading to Pro.
