1. Upload `xml-image-sitemap.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Submit yourdomain.com/sitemap-images.xml to http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/, http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmasters/ and https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit
