Bugs/Tweaks:
* Allow Quicktags to be displayed - warn that they only work in textedit mode
* Create some custom buttons to insert WordPress comment tags like <!--more-->, etc
* Allow for graduated levels of toolbar complexity based on user level 
** Perhaps include a min user level value for certain enabled features
* Allow user to specify button sequence/location on each toolbar line
* Allow user to specify where to put separators (maybe as part of the Toolbar select)
* Allow 'reset to defaults' via button in General Tab
* Include the button gifs in the admin screen from /xinha_core/images
* Allow users to add config tabs for other textareas in a theme besides 'content'
** Probably need to make it theme keyed as well as textarea keyed
* Point and Click update of xinha_core files (nightly or tested versions hosted locally)
** Might want to provide for a 'backup' of the file tree to revert to an older version
* Allow for admins to include their own custom toolbar Javascript section to
    override the checkboxes
* Perhaps enable DynamicCSS plugin based off theme css files
* See if we can divine if comments are enabled for a post or not in header
    generation (comment_open doesn't work - too early)
* If possible, tweak the Xinha4WP options tab when new news is available
** Would have to check news in admin_head - since its only once a day... not too bad
* More detailed error checking
* Sense when TinyMCE is enabled globally and via user profiles OR figure out a way
    to 'replace' TinyMCE based on the 'Rich Text Editor' settings
