== Installation ==
1. Unzip WuPhooey.zip into the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Enter your information on the settings page in `WuPhooey > Settings`
1. Create a new page and choose your form from the WuPhooey button dropdown
