Displays the status of WP_DEBUG, DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT, and DISALLOW_FILE_MODS in the Toolbar.

== Description ==

A simple plugin to provide a visual reminder of the state of 3 WP flags.  Serves 2 purposes:

1. I wanted to learn more about plugin writing
2. I keep forgetting the setting of those flags as I go about updating sites.

== Installation ==

1. Upload to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
