This plugin will add Customizable, simple, non-image and compatible to all browsers preloader to your site.

1. Upload `wp-simple-site-preloader` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin
3. Enable / Customize the preloader under "wp-admin" > "Site Preloader Settings" option.
