The backend interface is very similar to the interface you see on Google forms, allowing you to easily create text, multiple choice, check box questions, textareas, and drop down menus. Upload the 'wp-simple-forms' folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 3. Create your first form. 4. Place [simpleform name="formname"] on a page to insert the form. (formname would be the name of the form) == Screenshots == 1. Choose the question type you would like to add. 2. Edit the question. 3. Add checkboxes, dropdowns and multiple questions on the fly. 4. Click "done" to preview the question. 5. Drag and drop questions to reorder them. 6. Use shortcode to insert the form into any page.
