== Description ==

WP Shieldon is a WordPress security plugin based on [Shieldon](https://github.com/terrylinooo/shieldon) library, a Web Application Firewall (WAF) for PHP.

When the users or robots are trying to view many your web pages at a short period of time, they will temporarily get banned. To get unbanned by solving Catpcha.

Of course, this plugin protects your webiste from [Brute Force Attacks](https://wordpress.org/support/article/brute-force-attacks/) very well.

You can visit the plugin author - [Terry L.](https://terryl.in)'s blog and try reloading the pages several times then you will see how this plugin works. You can also try Terry's login page then you will find it protected.
