Method 1:

1.  Download 'wp-random-post-inside.zip' file from WordPress repository,
2.  Upload & Extract the zip file, copy and paste to the 'wp-content/plugins/' directory of your WordPress Installation. 
3.  Activate the plugin.

Method 2:

1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard,
2. go to 'Plugin > Add New',
3. search for 'wp random post inside',
4. When find install & activate it
5. That's it :)
