This plugin, based upon James Kelley's plugin, lets users register and log in using IDs including Facebook, OpenID, and Yahoo via PrefPass.

This plugin lets users register and log in using IDs including Facebook, OpenID, and Yahoo via PrefPass. It is based upon James Kelley's plugin that creates custom login and register pages to replace the wp-login and wp-register pages.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

   1. Download the plugin.
   2. Upload it to your /wp-content/plugins directory.
   3. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
   4. Customize the options in the menu item created (PrefPass Login Register) under the Plugins main menu.

1. When users click the Register button, a DHTML pop-up appears. They can then choose which ID to use, or they can decide to just choose a password as usual.
2. Another option is to present an explicit choice to users before they hit the submit button. This makes the form bigger, but may be more reassuring for some users.
