Displays a rating system with post comment area.
== Description ==

Displays a rating system with post comment area, rating with site visitor comment and average rating with post meta tags.

Stars Rating are displayed as:
* Below the Post title, as an average rating,
* For each site visitor comment, above the comment text.

<h3>Installation</h3>
1. Upload "wpcr-comment-rating" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
3. Go to setting > Post rating and enable both options. Check post detail page to see it in action.
