== Description ==

Displays a rating system with post comment area, rating with author comment and average rating with post tags.


<h3>Installation</h3>
1. Upload "wpcr-comment-rating" to the "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
3. Go to setting > Comment rating and enable both options. Check post detail page to see it in action.
