== Installation ==

- Sube y descomprime el plugin en tu carpeta wp-content/plugins/ 
- Activa el plugin en el panel de control opcion Plugins > WP Notice Popup
- Configura el plugin opciones > WP_Notice_Popup
- Agrega el widget desde Apariencia > Widgets
