This plugin allow admin to add custom fields in comment area. These fields are saved as comment meta and is displayed under comment text.

This plugin allow admin to add custom fields in comment area. These fields are saved as comment meta and is displayed under comment text. Four fields types are supported.

== Installation ==

1. Upload plugin directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. After activation, you can set options from `Comment Fields` menu
