Creates a navigation bar for all external links outside of blog.  The Wordpress Bar also has social network links such as Facebook, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon and Twitter to allow your users to share your featured links.  This is a similar feature to the DiggBar on Digg.com.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
2. Update the settings and design of your The Wordpress Bar by going to Settings>The Wordpress Bar.

To make sure the The Wordpress Bar is working, create and publish a post with an external link.  View that post and click on the external link.  You should now be viewing the link with the The Wordpress Bar along the top.
