Creates a navigation bar for all external links outside of blog. WP-Bar also has social network links such as Facebook, Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon and Twitter to allow your users to share your featured links. This is a similar feature to the DiggBar on Digg.com.

* Whitelist domains that you do not want to apply WP-Bar
* Give your users up to 16 social network sharing links
* Title and Logo branding options for your WP-Bar
* Multiple WP-Bar color options
* Track stats for how often featured links are viewed by your users
== Installation ==
1. Install and activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
2. Update the settings and design of your WP-Bar by going to Settings>WP-Bar.
To make sure the WP-Bar is working, create and publish a post with an external link. View that post and click on the external link. You should now be viewing the link with the WP-Bar along the top.
