This plugin is for WordPress Network, WordPress Network/BuddyPress and WordPress SU/BuddyPress Installs and allows you to manually activate users who have not activated their account via the email link.  This can be used if the email doesn't get to the user for any reason...ie spam filtering, email host etc.  It places a menu in the Users menu in the wp-admin area of your site.  This is handy as you like the activation email for anti-spam, but this gives you the option to manually activate users who are having difficulty signing up for whatever reason.

1. Upload `wp_activate_users.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Modify settings under the users menu using "WP Activate Users"
