Add new shipping method where user can add extra information via html select options.

Creates new shipping method based on 'local delivery' and adds user-selectable options to it.
Options must be defined in woocommerce admin panel under 'shipping' tab.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `woocommerce-shipping-options` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
