Makes the default WordPress admin bar toggleable.

== Description ==

Puts a small button on the top right corner of pages for logged in users to show/hide the WordPress toolbar.

== Installation ==

1. Upload wolfen-toggle-bar to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in your WordPress dashboard.
