The name and folders of the plugins was changed.

The plugin has a new name [WP Maintenance Mode](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/ "WP Maintenance Mode") and new svn-folder, please use the [new version](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/ "WP Maintenance Mode").

Several users had a problem with the old name Wartungsmodus and its was hard to find this plugin for non german speaking people. Thanks for your understanding.
