Reordering the widgets is done by a simple drag and drop in a similar way that you do it in the dashboard Usually you should place it on top of all the other widgets and the visitor would than place it where he prefers, as he would do with the other widgets. The plugin is mostly usefull on vertical large websites where users need ocasionally a widget that is located down in the sidebar. = What if my website has both left and right sidebar? In that case you need to place only one unit of this widget. = Why not supporting the footer?
