1. Download the vimcolor tarball and extract it in your wordpress plugin folder.
   Add the content of style.ccs to your themes css. 

2. Install the Text::VimColor Perl module.  If you have root access to your
server you can just do a `perl -MCPAN -e 'install Text::VimColor'`.
VIM also needs to be installed on your system. 

3. Activate the module.
