1. Upload the 'very-simple-seo-pack' folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. After activate meta boxes will be publish under the content editor on every post/page.

1.How find the meta boxes on post and pages?

Answer:When you will go for edit/add any post or page you will find the SEO meta boxes under "SEO Infromation block".

2.Is available for custom post type?

No,This only for post and pages not for custom post type 

3. Waht i do when i found this type error "The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin." during activate the plugin?

You have no need to warry about that. plugin will be work fine after enable from admin
