Not for Resale (NFR) Software License

Specific and restricted licenses which is made available by software vendor Tradesouthwest directly to 
the distribution channel and is marked NFR with explicit conditions that it is NOT FOR RESALE. 

This NFR software is not licensed for normal commercial distribution, rent or transfer it in any way to 
any other entity (company or individual).

The SOFTWARE and accompanying documentation are being licensed to YOU, meaning that YOU have the right to use 
the SOFTWARE only in accordance to this License Agreement. 

The SOFTWARE is considered in use on a computer/server when it comes loaded on a temporary or permanent memory.

The license is absolutely personal and strictly assigned to YOU, therefore it cannot be rented, sold 
or however sublicensed to no other entity.
