urLive browser calling introduces a simple way for your customers to reach you online.

They simply click the urLive chat widget icon that this WordPress plugin configures on your website and immediately start an video/audio/instant messaging call with you. Your customers don’t need to download software or create an account, reaching you is as simple as clicking a button on your website!

== Installation ==

= 1. = Join our Beta Program. Send an email to wordpress@url.live to request access to our beta program. Your subject line should say, “WORDPRESS BETA PROGRAM ACCESS REQUEST.” NOTE: participation in the Beta program is limited and we reserve the right to refuse access.
 
= 2. = Create a urLive account. If you’re approved for access to our Beta Program, you will receive an email with instructions. Click on the link within the email to create an account. Alternatively, you can go to https://url.live/Account/RegisterUsername and create an account by manually entering your activation key.
 
= 3. = Configure the urLive WordPress plugin. Once you’ve created a urLive account, then follow these instructions to configure the urLive plugin and have users initiate calls from your WordPress site:
* Login to url.Live
* On your wordpress admin tab, Go to 'Settings', click on 'Urlive'.
* Click on 'Input Widget Code' this will open a new tab on url.live where you can copy your widget Code.
* On the url.live site click on 'Copy Code'.
* Go back to wordpress and paste the code in the text box, click 'Save Changes'.
* The new header should show you what urLive account is linked to yuor widget. 
* Check your page on the wordpress Dasboard to view the widget.
* Now visitors can instantly contact you through url.live.
