Check every 8 hours if there are updates and sends an email every time when there are new versions of: core wordpress, plugins and themes.
You can also send a notification to other email addresses besides the administrator. 
You can also disable the receipt of notifications by type (eg core wordpress, plugins, themes).

== Installation ==

1. Upload the directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. If you want to change the setting of the plugin go to 'Update Notifications'.
