'Gutenberg Custom Block Templates' is pre-desined template library for Gutenberg Editor, you can use with the wordpress new editor 'Gutenberg'.
This plugin will be beta until wordpress 5.0 will have been released.

This plugin will give you over 20 pre-designed block pattern with 9 blocks.
