Trylle Virtual Try-On enables customers to preview products using AI-powered virtual try-on technology.

The plugin integrates with WooCommerce product pages and optionally the homepage. It validates your store using a secure API key and dynamically loads the Trylle widget only when required.

The plugin requires communication with external Trylle services to function.

== External Services ==

This plugin connects to external services operated by Trylle to enable virtual try-on functionality.

= Trylle API =

Used to:
* Validate the store API key
* Sync WooCommerce product catalog
* Sync WooCommerce order data for analytics
* Verify product availability by SKU
* Enable AI stylist and try-on features

Data transmitted includes:
* Store domain
* Store API key
* WooCommerce REST API consumer key
* WooCommerce REST API consumer secret
* Product SKUs
* Product images
* Order data (read-only access)

WooCommerce API credentials are generated with **read-only permissions**.  
These credentials allow Trylle to read product and order data for catalog synchronization and analytics purposes.

The credentials are securely transmitted and stored encrypted on Trylle servers.  
Store owners may revoke these credentials at any time from WooCommerce.

= Product Images and Catalog Data =
Product images and SKUs are transmitted to Trylle servers to enable virtual try-on rendering.  
Images are stored to allow AI processing and product visualization.

= Customer Try-On Images =
If customers upload images to use the Virtual Try-On feature:

* Images are uploaded to secure DigitalOcean storage.
* Images may be processed by AI image generation models.
* Images may be used for model improvement and training in accordance with Trylle’s Privacy Policy.
* Users must agree to the Trylle Privacy Policy before creating an account.

= AI Processing =
The plugin uses AI image generation models, including Google Gemini image models.  
Model versions may change over time as part of service improvements.

The plugin will not function without access to these external services.

The plugin itself does not store customer personal data inside WordPress.
