== Installation ==
1. Download the plugin and either upload the .zip file via your Wordpress Admin Panel (Plugins > Add New) or unzip the file and upload the folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.

2. Activate the plugin.

3. In your Wordpress Admin Panel go to Settings > Tracify and enter your own CSID.

4. Click "Save Settings".

5. Installation and activation finished.
