Adds a "Publish" or "Switch to Draft", and "Delete" links in toolbar to publish/unpublish or delete posts & pages from frontend.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin file to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

You will find two new buttons added to the wp-admin toolbar: "Publish" / "Switch to Draft", and "Delete".
