An animated featured posts box plugin. 

== Description ==

An animated featured posts box plugin.  Creates a "Featured" category if it does not exist and displays the featured posts in a box with
an animated effect.  Animation speed are fully adjustable on the admin panel, borders, font colors, background colors are also all controlled
from the admin panel.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `plugin-name.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Configure the plugin under "Settings/RR Featured Box"
