This plugin allows send SMS from your wordpress site

Woocommerce:
* when new order received
* order mark as completed
* order cancel or waiting for payment.

the SMS can send to the customer and shop manager,
you can create custom sms message with dynamic fields

Contact form 7:
all the form in your site can send to your phone trow SMS
