This plugin inserts the tracking code for Targeter App.
== Description ==
Targeter App is an extremely versatile User Targetting system. It can not only target users based on Geo-Location,
but also on the basis of their login method, time spent on your site. So if you've got a user who's using twitter to log in
and has spent 5 minutes on a page, TA can show him a link to retweet, or to purchase a twitter app.

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

1. Upload contents of the zip file to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
1. Enter your client Id in targeter app settings page
