A few notes about the sections above: * dbclkclk * communication, translation, analytics, chatbot * Tested up to * 1.0 == Installation == This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working. e.g. 1. Install the plugin through your backend by logging in and upload it 1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress 1. Now go to `www.techstacksolutions.com` and sign up for product `T2MChat` 1. Once you select the service, next step is to create an account on the website 1. Subsequent to creating an account, the next step is create a company. 1. Once you've created a company on the site, select your billing plan 1. Subscribe and pay on Paypal. 1. Once payment is done, you're routed back to the site and presented with a page with your `Client Id`, `Client Secet` and `Service Name` 1. Go back to the plugin (backend of wordpress) and you'll see a menu called `T2M`, click on it and you'll see a submenu `Config`. Click on it 1. Now enter your `Client Id`, `Client Secret` and `Service Name` from the previous step. Once that is done, you can now go to the `Administration` submenu. 1. Now while on the *Administration* submenu, you can now create `chat categories` and then under `User Category` tab, assigned wordpress users to the chat categories you created 1. That's it. Now your customers can converse with your support agent using this app. 1. Your support agent can download our Mobile App (Android/IOS) to converse with your customers in any native language which will be translated to a language your support agent understands. == Frequently Asked Questions == = Where is analytics found? = Analytics is found in the plugin backend. Go to `T2M -> Administration`. You'll see a tab called `Performance` which collects analytics on your support agent perforamnce. The other tab is `Product Performance`, this collects analytics on your Product Performance and you can hone in your customers preferences here. = How can I enable triggers? = Triggers are configured per category. Look at the `Categories` tab. Each category will have a `Rating` button. Click on it and you can then enter a phone (SMS) and email address you'll get notification. == Screenshots == 1.
