1. Visit "Plugins > Add New".
2. Search for "switcher admin public" and find Switcher plugin.
3. Install and activate Switcher plugin.

= From WordPress.org site =

1. Download Switcher plugin.
2. Upload the "switcher" directory to your "/wp-content/plugins/" directory.
3. Activate Switcher on your Plugins page.
