Sucuri CloudProxy WAF is a Cloud-based IPS (intrusion prevention system) and firewall to protect web sites. This plugin will allow you to access your WAF dashboard directly from WordPress and manage the settings, clear caching and see all the attacks that are being blocked.

== Description ==

The Sucuri CloudProxy WAF is a Cloud-based IPS (intrusion prevention system) and firewall for web sites. It runs in the
Cloud and doesn't require anything to be installed on your site. It includes:

* Traffic filtering (blocking malicious requests)
* <a href="http://blog.sucuri.net/2013/03/virtual-patching-for-websites-with-sucuri-cloudproxy.html">Virtual patching</a>
* Virtual hardening
* Spam and bots blocking
* WAF (Web application firewall) - To prevent SQL injections, XSS, RFI, etc)
* IDS/IPS (Intrusion prevention system)
* Extended access control (white listing of IPs allowed to go to the admin pages)
* OSSEC HIDS (Full log analysis and traffic monitoring)
* Improved performance and caching
* Fully managed. You just need to switch the DNS of your site and we take care of the rest.

Once enabled, it will protect your site against malware infections and reinfections and all sorts of attacks.


== Installation  ==

1. Download the plugin.
1. Go to the WordPress Plugin menu and activate it.
1. If you don't have one already, create your sucuri account here: <a href="https://login.sucuri.net/signup2/create?CloudProxy"></a>
1. Paste your CloudProxy API key into the plugin.
1. And you are all set!
