Help stop Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) by putting a ribbon that says Stop CISPA on your WordPress site or network.

== Description ==

A black ribbon with the words "Stop CISPA" will be put on in the top right corner of your website, linking to the [Stop CISPA](http://www.avaaz.org/en/stop_cispa/) website. Look at the screenshots to see how the ribbon looks. You can now set the vertical offset of the ribbon depending on whether or not the WordPress toolbar is showing. == Installation ==

1. Download the plugin zip archive.
2. Extract it in your `wp-content/plugins` folder or upload via admin panel.
3. Browse to your plugins section and active the plugin.
