Manual Installation

1. Upload the `splurgy-publisher` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
1. Go to `Plugins` menu in your WordPress dashboard 
1. Click `Install` for `Splurgy WP Plugin`

== Usage ==
The new changes allow you to use shortcodes to embed an ad unit. 

For example,
