This plugin makes it possible to connect your Wordpress blog with a SocialSuite team.

== Installation ==

1. Upload `plugin-name.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Head over to your Socialsuite Team
4. In your "Team Settings", click on "Team Accounts", and click on "Connect a Wordpress blog"
5. Insert your blog URL, your admin username an password
6. That's it, you made it!
