You can install the plugin manually by;

1. Upload `SocialShare` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to "Appearance", drag the widget into your primary widget area

Or you can install the plugin automatically using the WordPress Dashboard;

1. Go to the admin page and select the 'Plugins' menu, using the 'Add new' menu item
2. Search for 'Social Share'
3. Select install for the plugin 'Social Share'
4. Activate the plugin through the 'Installing Plugin' page in WordPress
5. Administer it from the 'Settings' menu using the 'Social Share' menu item
