Adds a list view for installed themes in the WordPress admin area.

## Installation

1. Upload `smntcs-theme-toggle` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
3. Look for the theme toggle icon in your admin bar.
