Allows to customize the logo link.

## Installation

1. Upload 'smntcs-custom-logo-link' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to 'Appearance' » 'Customize' » 'Logo Link' and provide the logo link
