== Description ==

Tired of looking for "another" plugin to open your favorite contact form as a popup? Don't look any further. SMNTCS Bootstrap Modal allows you to open any shortcode, e.g. from Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms, within a Twitter Bootstrap Modal. 

== Installation ==

1. Upload 'smntcs-bootstrap-modal' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Create a form, e.g. using Contact Form 7 (https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/)
4. Grap the shortcode and go to the settings page of the plugin
5. Prive a title and the shortcode, prive a title and the shortcode and hit the "Change saves" button
6. Grap the provided shortcode and place it wihint an post, page or widget
