Enables admins to put the <a href="https://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Screens" target="_blank">Administration Screens</a> into maintenance mode

## Installation

1. Upload 'smntcs-admin-maintenance' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to 'Appearance' » 'Customize' » 'Admin Maintenance' and put the Administration Screens into maintenance mode if necessary.
